For international orders:-

All orders over $4000 will be shipped free of charge; orders under $4000 will be charged a nominal shipping, fumigation, and handling fee based on actuals. DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE EXTRA FOR ALL ORDERS (Charges may vary according on volume, weight, and fragility).

PACKAGING

All items are professionally wrapped at our fulfillment center to prevent damage. We box the fragile things safely with high-quality bubble sheets and air cushions to safeguard the shipment. Our products are wrapped and sealed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order safely and securely.

If you discover any anomalies, or if the shipment appears to have been tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse it and contact our Customer Services. 

DELIVERY TIMES AND TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for normal delivery from the date you receive your order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the missed package. Please include your complete and correct address, including zip code and mobile number, in the delivery address as it will aid in making a quicker  delivery.

We also provide Cash Before Delivery as a special service to our valued customers. CBD, or Cash Before Delivery, is an alternative payment method that we offer to our valued guests in lieu of online payments. In order to use the CBD payment method or CBD service, you must put funds into our bank account. We will ship the order once the payment is recorded in our bank account.
